Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4
Discovery and alignment
Under a mutual NDA, we learn your commercial goals, agree success criteria and scope a validation project.
You get a clear view of the fit and a fixed-cost proposal for validation.

Phase 2 · Months 2–4
Technology validation
You commission a managed production run at pilot scale, at an independent, certified third-party facility. Our team oversees it.
You get ingredient samples for your own trials, a certificate of analysis and process reports for a go/no-go decision.

Commercial licensing and growth
We sign a licence agreement and transfer the technology, with training and scale-up support in your plant.

Do you sell ingredients or license technology?
We license technology. You produce in your own plant, or Fooditive manages production for you at a CDMO near your factory.
Which technologies can I license today?
All of them: Fooditive Sweetener® Keto-Fructose (5-keto-D-fructose, 5-KDF), non-animal casein, bee-free honey, the FAOX-C enzyme and our next-generation ingredients. For non-animal casein, GRAS notices were submitted to FDA in February 2026.
What is the U.S. regulatory status of 5-KDF?
Self-affirmed GRAS (2024, independent expert panel). GRAS notice GRN 1326 submitted to FDA on 29 January 2026.
What does the validation programme cost?
Phase 1 ends with a fixed-cost proposal for the validation run, so you know the cost before you commit.
